About me...
I completed a 5-year training at the School of Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology at Regent's College. I have previously worked as a counsellor at a MIND organisation, as a bereavement counsellor at a hospice and at the Arbours Crisis Centre in North London. Earlier in my career I worked for many years in a FTSE-100 retailer within HR in generalist and specialist roles and my unique blend of skills, experience and training combine to provide a professional and warm service to my clients.
I also have a personal and professional interest in stepfamily situations and I'm a member of "StepIn ASAP" - a group of psychotherapists who work together to research stepfamily situations and increase our understanding of the issues they raise. As a therapist I'm fascinated by people and find it meaningful making a connection with my clients and being part of their journey in life.
I am an accredited member of the UKCP, a member of the BACP and also a chartered member of the CIPD. I have an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling.
